Clear aligners

Invisalign is a type of removable clear aligner that is custom made and changed every two weeks to help shift teeth into place.

If you play contact sports we can also create professionally moulded mouth guards to protect your teeth. We recommend them to help protect braces for more general spots practice too, to reduce the chance of breakages.

After your treatment, retainers are crucial to maintain the new position of your teeth or jaw, especially for the first 6 months. We offer 3 different types of retainers:

• Hawley retainer: Worn mainly at night, this removable retainer uses cribs and a small wire to keep teeth in the correct position.
• Essix retainer: A wireless removable option, where the plastic covers all teeth inside and out.
• Bonded retainer: For this, we glue a wire to the back of your teeth. It cannot be seen and is easy to maintain.
